FROM NEW JERSEY: Take Tappan Zee Bridge. After crossing bridge stay right for New England/ 287 (within 2 miles). Once on 287 take first exit for Saw Mill Parkway North. (It comes very quick.) Take Saw Mill North until road ends as it merges with Route 684 (about 20 minutes on Saw Mill). Do not get on Route 684. Instead, exit to Route 35. Continue with *** below.

FROM NEW YORK CITY/LOWER WESTCHESTER: Hutchinson River Parkway to Route 684. (The Hutch divides around White Plains with the left 2 lanes becoming Route 684 and the right 2 The Merritt Parkway.) Take Route 684 to Katonah/Cross River, Exit 6. Take right at end of exit ramp. Continue with *** below.

FROM DANBURY/HARTFORD: Take Route 84 West to Exit 3 (Route 7 South/Norwalk). Take Route 7 South to Route 35 (4 miles). Route 35 is to the right. There is a stop light at the intersection. Take Route 35 towards Ridgefield. After 2 miles, you will pass Fox Hill Condominiums on left. de Kadt is 1st driveway on left past Fox Hill. It is a stained brown shingle building with green trim. If you come to a light at the beginning of town (Pamby's Dodge Car Dealership on right, Ridgefield Bank and Shell Station on left) you have just missed de Kadt.

FROM STAMFORD: Take High Ridge Road (Route 137) north to Pound Ridge (from the intersection of High Ridge and the Merritt, it is about 9 miles/12-14 minutes). You will come to a stop sign just prior to Pound Ridge - go straight. Within 1-1½ miles, you will enter the Village of Pound Ridge. Within ¼ after entering the VILLAGE of Pound Ridge, the road forks. Bear right onto Route 124. Take Route 124 approximately 5 miles. At stop sign "T" intersection, take a right. In 3 miles, the road joins Route 35. Take a right onto Route 35. FROM NORWALK: Take Route 7 North until Route 33 joins Route 7 in Wilton. Route 7 and 33 travel jointly for about 1 ½ miles, then Route 33 becomes its own road (left at a stoplight). Take Route 33 north for 7 miles (15 minutes). Go through older part of town (3 consecutive traffic lights less than 1 mile after the intersection with Route 35). As you leave older part of town go through stop sign, and three more lights. de Kadt is second driveway on right past the third light. It is a stained brown shingle building with green trim. If you miss it you will immediately pass Fox Hill Condominiums just past de Kadt on the right.

FROM WESTPORT: Take Route 33 North (Note: if coming south on the Merritt, take exit for Route 33/Wilton/Westport. At end of ramp, bear left.) Take Route 33 until Route 33 and Route 7 join in Wilton, then follow directions under ''From Norwalk.''

*** Take Route 35 East towards Cross River. Stay on Route 35 for 14 miles. Will leave N.Y. State and enter Connecticut. Route 35 comes to "T" intersection (at white fountain with white turtles [covered with plastic shell in winter] in middle of intersection) take left onto Route 35/33. Go through older part of town (3 consecutive traffic lights about 1 mile after the "T" intersection). As you leave older part of town, bear right at stop sign/flashing light. There will be three more lights. de Kadt is second driveway on right past the third light shortly after the Shell station. It is a stained brown shingle building with green trim. (If you miss it, you will immediately pass Fox Hill Condominiums on right just past de Kadt.)
